House Rules

Welcome to our resort! We sincerely thank you for placing your trust in us and choosing our services. To ensure a pleasant stay for you and all our other guests, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with our house rules.
HOUSE RULES
1. The reception operates from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
2. Guests can check in between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
3. All guests have the option of self check-in. In this case, we will provide you with instructions on room access and key handling
4. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the room and check out at the reception by 10:00 AM.
5. In the case of self check-in, guests must vacate the room by 10:00 AM and return the room key in the designated drop-off box, as per the self check-in instructions.
6. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon agreement with hotel staff.
7. If the guest does not arrange a late check-out with hotel staff, the following charges apply:
  • 15,00 EUR per person for check-out by 1:00 PM,
  • 50 % of the daily room rate for check-out after 1:00 PM.
8. Buffet breakfast is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. For planning purposes, please confirm your attendance at breakfast during check-in or at the latest one day in advance. Breakfast outside the regular hours is possible by prior arrangement with the staff.
9. Lunch and dinner are available only by prior arrangement.
10. Upon check-in, we will provide you with a remote control for the air conditioning along with your room keys, which you must return in the same condition upon check-out. In the event of loss or damage to the remote control, we are entitled to claim compensation for the damage incurred.
11. Payments at the hotel, restaurant, bar, and café can be made by credit card or in cash (EUR only).
12. To ensure a memorable experience for all guests, please be considerate of others who may be resting, and avoid making noise in rooms and hallways between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
13. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
14. For fire safety reasons, the use of personal electric heaters, cooking devices, and flammable materials is prohibited in rooms and all accommodation areas of the hotel.
15. Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, except on terraces, balconies, and designated smoking areas. If smoking occurs (regardless of the substance) in non-smoking areas, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 200.00 EUR and any related damages.
16. For safety and hygiene reasons, cooking or preparing hot meals and drinks in the rooms is not allowed.
17. Removal of hotel inventory is prohibited. Please use all facilities, equipment, and furnishings with care. Report any malfunctions or complaints immediately to hotel staff.
18. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, those they are responsible for, or their visitors. Such damages must be compensated.
19. Guests are responsible for their own safety, the safety of others, and their belongings, including proper supervision of any devices they bring.
20. We take care of our guests and their belongings to the best of our ability. However, except in cases of gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage, theft, loss, or personal injury incurred during your stay.
21. Money and other valuables can be stored in the safe located at the reception desk. In this case, we will return the valuables upon request of the person who placed them in the safe.
22. We shall not be held liable for any break-ins or damage to cars parked in the hotel car park
23. Please report any damage, destruction, or loss of your belongings to the reception or hotel staff immediately.
24. No person is allowed to stay in the rooms unless they have been pre-booked or registered at the hotel reception.
25. Visitors or business meetings are permitted in common areas such as the lobby, bar, or restaurant—not in the rooms.
26. Handle your room key with care. If the key is lost or damaged during your stay, a €15.00 replacement fee will be charged. Before leaving, return the key to reception or, in case of self check-in, place it in the same box from which you received it.
27. We reserve the right to terminate the accommodation contract and stop providing services to guests who seriously violate these house rules or disturb other guests.

29. You are welcome to share your impressions in the Compliments and Complaints Book located at reception.
30. These house rules form an integral part of the accommodation contract. You are considered to have accepted the rules upon confirming your reservation or occupying your room.
31. We reserve the right to make changes to the house rules.
