reservation or an order for the use of hotel capacities or other services, provided by the provider (hereinafter referred to as \u201dguest\u201d) and are valid for usage of hotel capacities at Linasi Resort Hotel and other services by the provider.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4fb9008 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4fb9008\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>1.2.<\/strong> \u201dGuest\u201d means any person who uses this website and\/or placed a valid order for the use of the provider&#8217;s services orally, in writing or electronically (hereinafter referred to as \u201dbooking\u201d or \u201dorder\u201d), uses the provider&#8217;s service or has paid for a service. In the event that we do not receive such confirmation, the reservation will be deemed as if it had never been made. In addition to the above, we also offer the option of making a reservation via online booking channels (such as booking.com).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3534466 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3534466\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>3.2.<\/strong> When making a reservation, the guest shall provide information about his\/her name, surname and address, the number of guests, the dates and type of service chose and shall guarantee the truthfulness and authenticity of such information. You may cancel such a booking without any cancellation charges up to 72 hours prior to arrival.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-042d17e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"042d17e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In case of cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. If the reservation includes contact details, the provider will inform the guest and ask for new credit card information.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55f1798 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55f1798\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the event of cancellation or modification of the reservation, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e790fab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e790fab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the guest does not show up for the booked service \u2013 does not report to the reception of the provider by the end of the day of the scheduled arrival \u2013 (so-called &#8220;no show&#8221;), the reservation is considered cancelled and the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation, and the provider is free to dispose of the tourist facilities that were the subject of the reservation. The provisions of the previous sentence shall not apply where the guest informs the provider of the delay in a timely manner. In the event of delay, the guest shall be obliged to pay the full amount of the confirmed reservation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29ab19c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29ab19c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Option 3: \u00bbBooking with advance payment\u00ab<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-03e18be elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"03e18be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The provider reserves the right to request payment of the advance payment whenever it is reasonable to do so (high number of enquiries, high season, etc.). In the event of payment of the advance payment within the agreed time limit, the reservation will be deemed confirmed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a990c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a990c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the event of cancellation made by the guest in writing within the agreed period, the guest is entitled to a full refund of the advance payment. If the guest cancels the reservation after the cancellation period, the amount paid will be retained by the provider.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-781a992 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"781a992\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>b) Group bookings (more than 5 rooms)<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b71b3d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b71b3d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For bookings of 6 or more rooms, payment of a 30 % deposit is required. The deposit is refundable up to 15 days before the arrival date, thereafter free cancellation is no longer possible and the deposit becomes non-refundable (cancellation fee).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f41191 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f41191\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>4.4.\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"TextRun SCXW255886709 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW255886709 BCX0\">After the reservation, the guest may change the name or the number of persons using the services, provided that such change does not exceed the total number of persons allowed for each room or conference or meeting room and does not affect the scope of the services provided by the provider, as defined in the price list of the provider.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72f0df5 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"72f0df5\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e208026 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e208026\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>5. PROVIDER&#8217;S RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d6dd73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d6dd73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>5.1.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> In accordance with the applicable legislation, the provider reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation if extraordinary circumstances occur before or during the performance of the service that could not be expected, removed or avoided, and for the provider, these circumstances constitute a valid reason not to conclude the contract, if they existed at the time of the conclusion of the contract.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97e9df0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97e9df0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>5.2.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> The provider may terminate the contract or withdraw from the contract and demand reimbursement of damages from the guest who violates the provisions of the contract, General Terms and Conditions, the House Rules or other binding regulations.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65e0d12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65e0d12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>5.3.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> In case of cancellation of the contract by provider according to the previous point, the guest is not entitled to reimbursement of accommodation costs and is obliged to settle the entire value of the confirmed reservation.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-930107b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"930107b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>5.4.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> In the event that, due to objective circumstances or force majeure, which is considered to be all unexpected and unforeseen events that occur independently of the will of the contracting parties and which the contracting parties could not foresee at the time of concluding this contract and in any way affect the performance of the contractual obligations, the provider cannot provide the service from the confirmed reservation, the provider can cancel the reservation or withdraw from the contract. In this case, the guest has the right to a full refund of the advance payment, or, in the case of a partially performed service, to a refund of a proportional part of the value of the reservation. The guest is not entitled to reimbursement of any other damages or costs.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0411c63 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0411c63\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab35064 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ab35064\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>6. The price list is also available in the hotel rooms. References to \u201cbike\u201d in these General Rental Terms include both the electric bike and cycling equipment, unless explicitly stated otherwise in context.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d44cf46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d44cf46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>2.2.<\/strong> \u201cLessee\u201d means any person who has submitted a valid order for bike rental in oral, written, or electronic form (hereinafter: reservation or order), uses the lessor\u2019s bikes, or has made payment for the bike rental.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-965874d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"965874d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>2.3.<\/strong> \u201cRental location\u201d means the place where the rental agreement is concluded, and where the bike is picked up and returned, namely Linasi Resort, La\u010dja vas 22A, 3331 Nazarje.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3a6e6d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3a6e6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>2.4.<\/strong> \u201cHandover Report\u201d is a document in which the lessor and lessee establish and confirm the condition and characteristics of the bike upon pickup and return.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3ec827 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e3ec827\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae9675b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae9675b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t3. Based on availability, the lessor will send the customer an email confirming the reservation (reservation confirmation).<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e857208 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e857208\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>4.2.<\/strong> The customer may also place a rental order physically by visiting the rental location. Upon pickup, by signing the Handover Report, the lessee confirms the bike is in good working condition or acknowledges any minor wear that results from normal use and does not pose a risk to safe operation. The lessee must immediately notify the lessor of any defects on the bike or cycling equipment observed before leaving the rental location.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0e7f9f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b0e7f9f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>7.2.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> A lessee who receives the bike in good and technically sound condition must return it to the agreed location in the same condition (allowing for normal wear, such as expected dirt on the bike).<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0924b04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0924b04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>7.3.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> The lessee agrees to return the rented bike on time and no later than the agreed deadline as stated in the Rental Agreement. In case of late return, the lessee will be charged a fee equal to the full daily rental rate of EUR 45.00 per day.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b625261 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"b625261\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9244e65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9244e65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t8. BIKE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a84063 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a84063\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>8.1.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> Upon return of the bike and\/or equipment, the lessee and the lessor shall complete and sign the Handover Report, recording any damages to the rented items. If the lessee refuses to sign the Handover Report or disagrees with the lessor\u2019s findings, the lessor has the right to act in accordance with these General Rental Terms, particularly regarding compensation and deposit.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f77cd6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f77cd6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>8.2.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> A lessee who returns the rented bike or equipment in non-working or damaged condition may exchange it for another fully functional one until the rental period expires, provided they immediately inform the lessor of the reasons for the damage. Such an exchange depends on the availability of bikes and equipment, regardless of whether the replacement has different features. If no replacement is available and less than two hours remain in the rental period, the lessor is not obliged to refund any amount. Otherwise, the lessee will receive a proportional refund. The bike may only be used as a normal means of transport in regular road traffic and in a manner consistent with recreational cycling. The lessee must handle the bike and cycling equipment with care and as a responsible user.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-204dbec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"204dbec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>9.2.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> Use of the bike requires appropriate physical fitness. By signing the Rental Agreement and related documents, the lessee accepts full responsibility for being physically, mentally, and cognitively capable of operating the bike, thereby assuming liability for any damage resulting from lack of ability.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-619e96c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"619e96c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>9.3.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> The lessee must follow the user instructions and comply with applicable traffic regulations. LESSEE LIABILITY AND DAMAGE PROCEDURES\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e71d758 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e71d758\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>10.1.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> During the rental period, the lessee is responsible for any incident or damage caused to themselves, third parties, or third-party property through use of the lessor\u2019s bike. The lessee is also fully liable for any fines resulting from violations, regardless of when the notice of the offense is received.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-09f5ed3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"09f5ed3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>10.2.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> In case of malfunction, the lessee must immediately notify the lessor at <strong>+386 833 331<\/strong> to jointly decide on further action. If the malfunction was not caused by the lessee and is repaired at an authorized service center with prior agreement, the lessee must present the original invoice issued in the lessor\u2019s name. Only in this case will the lessor reimburse the repair costs.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efb7060 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efb7060\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>10.3.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> For damage caused by improper use of the bike or equipment, the lessee must pay compensation equal to the repair cost, based on the official spare parts and service price list of authorized service providers.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f8b19b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f8b19b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>10.4.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> If the lessee steals, fails to return, or irreparably damages the bike or equipment, they must compensate the lessor in the amount of a new bike and equipment, according to the supplier\u2019s or authorized dealer\u2019s current price list.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac1854f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ac1854f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>10.5.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> If the bike is not returned on time and the lessor is not informed of the delay, the lessee is deemed to have unlawfully appropriated it. The lessor is entitled to notify the police and other competent authorities.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1f146a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c1f146a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>10.6.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> If a third party steals the bike or equipment from the lessee, the lessee must provide the lessor with a copy of the police report and a statement of the incident and pay compensation equal to the value of a new bike or equipment (considering normal wear) within 5 days. The deposit will only be refunded if the stolen items are recovered. Otherwise, the amount is retained as agreed compensation. The lessee remains fully liable until the lessor receives the police report.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed5ccb0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ed5ccb0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>10.7.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> If the bike or equipment is damaged in a traffic accident investigated by the police, the lessee must provide the lessor with a copy of the police report. If the accident was not caused by the lessee or due to improper or negligent use, the damage will be covered from the deposit paid upon pickup.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5824869 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"5824869\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7d061a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7d061a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t11. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f0ff38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f0ff38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>11.1.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> In the event of a lessee\u2019s breach of any provision of these General Rental Terms, the Rental Agreement, or the Handover Report, the lessor has the right to immediately terminate the agreement and repossess the rented bike or equipment.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e6048cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e6048cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>11.2.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> The lessee may terminate the Rental Agreement at any time and return the bike (equipment) to the lessor if the bike or equipment has a defect that prevents safe and uninterrupted use, and the lessor has no replacement bike or equipment available. In such case, the lessor shall refund the rental fee and any additional charges proportionally to the period during which the lessee was unable to use the bike (equipment).<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46738b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46738b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>11.3.<\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW233017077 BCX0\"> If, during the rental period, the lessor finds that the bike is being used contrary to these General Rental Terms, the lessor may unilaterally terminate the rental.
